`74 Plymouth Duster with 53041 actual miles. WAS 318/904 column automatic, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, rear window defroster, big bolt pattern disc brakes, white with a blue interior and rubber floor mats, steel wheels and full wheel covers. It was a bone stock, unmolested,no rust driver that had never been wrecked or jumped. Previous owner drove it into his garage, removed the engine and trans, and sent it off and had it painted GY3 Curious Yellow (71 only color thats yellow with a hint of green). He also switched the rear end assembly to an 8.25 suregrip and painted the underside black from the rear end back. Thats where the project died and the car sat in a garage for 3 years untouched with the exception of something falling into the leading edge of the left front fender.
This is a very clean car that isnt missing chrome or trim, and hasnt been hacked on mechanically or electrically. Would be an easy task to make it run in a weekend if you have a smallblock and transmission looking for a new home. Front suspension is in good original shape and wont require a bunch of money.
Going to start a budget build for the wife with this one. A few improvements to what is there and make a car that can be driven anywhere, anytime. Not a super high performance or drag car, but something that will still hold its own without breaking the bank.
